It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, and seconded by Mr. Pico, to adopt <br />Resolution No. 99-081, confirming the Engineer's Report and levying the 1999/2000 <br />Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 1984-1 (Ponderosa); to adopt <br />Resolution No. 99-082, confirming the Engineer's Report and levying the 1999/2000 <br />Assessment for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1993-1 (Windsor); to <br />adopt Resolution No. 99-083, confirming the Engineer's Report and levying the <br />1999/2000 Assessment for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1993-2 <br />(Bonde Ranch); to adopt Resolution No. 99-084, confirming the Engineer's Report <br />and levying the 1999/2000 Assessment for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance <br />District 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm); to adopt Resolution No. 99-085, confirming the <br />Engineer's Report and levying the 1999/2000 Assessment for Lighting and <br />Landscape Maintenance District (Moller Ranch); and to adopt Resolution No. <br />99-086, confirming the Engineer's Report and levying the 1998/99 Assessment for <br />Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District (Laguna Oak). <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Michclotti, Pico and Vice Mayor Ayala. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Dennis and Mayor Tarvcr. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />RZ-99-03, City of Pleasanton <br />Application to prezone two parcels, totaling approximately 155 acres in area, <br />located at 4120 and 4126 Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Developmen0 - A <br />(Agriculture) and PUD-RDR (Rural Densi~ Residential) zoning districts or any <br />other zoning designation(s) consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />Also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for the application. (SR 99:168) <br /> Mr. Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked if there was a new home under construction on the Smathers <br />property. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said there are houses under construction on both properties. The <br />Smathers house under construction is the largest house on the upper portion, which was <br />approved by the County Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked if this property would have been annexed prior to the approval, <br />would the City have allowed such a large structure. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said the City would have reviewed it differently but would allow one <br />house per legal lot of record and other specific criteria. <br /> <br /> <br />
