Adopt Ordinance No. 1782, approving the combination of Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) Zoning Districts for the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific <br /> Plan. <br /> <br /> Mark Posson, 3036 Chardonnay Drive, thanked Council for reconsidering the <br /> traffic elements. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked if he understood that the cost would be borne by the <br /> property owners to the east and not to the west. <br /> <br /> Mr. Posson understood the Specific Plan only addresses the issue of cut-through <br /> traffic through Vintage Hills. The larger issue is traffic and noise on Vineyard and the <br /> larger neighborhoods. <br /> <br />i. Adopt Resolution No. 99-079, certifying the Pleasanton Public Planning Initiative <br /> petitions as sufficient and directing staff to complete its report on the effect of the <br /> measure. (SR99:166) <br /> <br /> Carole Varela, 3858 Mohr Avenue, understood the deadline for putting this <br /> initiative on the ballot is August 6, 1999. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said that is correct and a report will be brought back to Council at the <br /> July 20 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
