Adopt Resolution No. 94-87, (1) approving waiver of the requirement of the <br /> Housing Authority to make payment in lieu of taxes to the City of Pleasanton; (2) <br /> authorizing the resolution to be transmitted to the United States Department of <br /> Housing and Urban Development; and (3) transferring $37,618 from the City's <br /> Housing Authority - Kottinger Place Trust Fund to the Housing Authority of the <br /> City of Pleasanton.
