AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said that the following items were continued to the July 5, 1994 City Council <br />meeting: Item 10c, City policy regarding catering trucks and street vendors; Item 10d, Approval <br />of St. Minicab Corporation to conduct business in Pleasanton; and Item 7b, AP-94-02~ Affected <br />Party: Mannie Joel and Martha Greist. Ms. Greist agreed on the record to the continuance of <br />Item 7b. <br /> <br /> Item 10h, Discussion of Letter to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission <br />concerning Regional Transportation Plan was added by addendum. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following actions <br />be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for May 17, 1994 and June 7, 1994. <br /> (Ms. Scribner requested that Council get a copy of the sections cited from the <br /> Education Code in the May 31, 1994 minutes.) <br /> <br /> b. Commend the Volunteers for Community Service Day. <br /> <br /> c. Commend for Pleasanton Unified School District Distinguished Schools Awards <br /> Recipients. <br /> <br /> d. Adopt Resolution No. 94-67, a Resolution of Intention to order improvements, <br /> Landscape Assessment District No. 1984-1 (Pursuant to the Landscaping and <br /> Lighting Act of 1972); <br /> <br /> Adopt Resolution No. 94-68, directing filing of Annual Report Landscape, <br /> Assessment District No. 1984-1 (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act <br /> of 1972); and <br /> <br /> Authorize the scheduling of a public hearing for July 5, 1994. (SR94:205) <br /> <br /> e. Adopt Resolution No. 94-69, reappointing Gary Galliano as Hearing Offxcer for <br /> parking citations. <br /> <br /> f. Adopt Resolution No. 94-70, approving an application for grant funds from the <br /> California Used Oil Recycling Block Grant Program to develop and maintain a <br /> used oil recycling program.
