It was moved by Mayor Tarver, and seconded by Mr. Pico, that Resolution No. 94-65, be <br />adopted, determining that this application is similar in characteristics and operations to some <br />other conditionally permitted uses in the Central Commercial district and therefore this use will <br />be considered a conditionally permitted use. <br /> <br />The r011 call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Pico and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmembers Dennis and Scribner <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Council took a break at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br /> Council re, convened at 9:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Water Waste Ordinance <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico requested that a water waste ordinance be considered. <br /> <br />Flags on Main Street <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner thanked staff for following through on the flags for Main Street. <br />Measure B <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr requested that staff present a status report to Council on the use of Measure <br />B funds. She was concerned that Council has not been considering any plans for the monies. <br /> <br />Commendation for Arroyo Clean-up <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver requested that a commendation be placed on the June 21, 1994 City <br />Council agenda for the Valley Volunteers for their work on cleaning up the Arroyo before the <br />Centennial Celebration. <br /> <br />Referral to General Plan Committee <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver suggested referring to the General Plan Steering Committee for further <br />review/consideration clarification of certain issues affecting the Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />06/07/94 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
