LEGISLATIVE UPDATE REPORTS <br /> <br />Item 13a <br />Le_~iSlative update and conSideration or Senate Bill 1823, concerning amendments to the <br />PUblic Safety Officers Procedural Bill or Rights (SR94: 194) <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the June 21, 1994 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />14. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet indicated that he would not be attending the June 21, 1994 City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis pointed out that she would be out of town July 19-August 1 and therefore, <br />asked that Ms. Mohr attend the Alameda County Waste Management Authority meeting. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico also indicated that he would be out of town from July 12 through the first of <br />August. He will not be attending the July 27th Tri-Valley Transportation meeting. <br /> <br />15. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council adjourned to Closed Session at 11:14 p.m. to have a conference with Labor <br />Negotiators (Miller/Bocian) regarding Pleasanton Firefighters Association; conference with <br />Labor Negotiators (lVIiller/Bocian) regarding Pleasanton Police Officers Association; conference <br />with Legal Counsel regarding existing litigation: City of Dublin v. City of Pleasanton, Town of <br />Danville v. Contra Costa County, Claim of Susan Winding; and Alameda County Land Use <br />Association. et at. v. City of Hayward et ai.; and potential litigation against the County of <br />Alameda concerning its certification of EIR and approval of the Oak Manor development project. <br /> <br />16.
