It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Pico, to appoint Jack Dove as the -- Alternate to the Planning Commission for a four-year term. The r011 call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Resolution No. 94-58, be adopted, confirming the appointments as set forth in the above motions that carried. The r011 call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Resolution No. 94-59 be adopted, appointing Harry Lutz as a Regular Member of the Planning Commission for a four- year tenn. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Pico and Mayor Tarver NOES: Councilmembers Mohr and Scribner ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Mayor Tarver briefly listed each of the new Commissioners credentials and asked for each member to introduce him/herself. Harry Lutz thanked Council for appointing him as a regular member of the Planning Commission and stated that he looks forward to working cooperatively with the returning and new members of the Commission, as well as with City staff. Debra Barker, 2947 Chardonnay, thanked Council for its support and looks forward to serving the residents of Pleasanton. Jack Dove, 3263 Vineyard Avenue, was pleased to accept the responsibility as an alternate. He appreciated the faith Council has in him. Sharrell Michelotti, 7873 Olive Court, complimented and congratulated each of the new appointed Commissioners. She has thoroughly enjoyed her experience as a Planning Commissioner and wished all the new and returning members well. 05/17/94 9
