Zoning for the property is Public - Civic Overlay District. <br />(SR94:46) <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing open on the application. <br /> <br /> Greg Plucker, President of Pleasanton Employees' Association, was available to answer <br />any questions. He asked for Council's approval. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Resolution No. 94-18, be <br />adopted, approving Case Z-94-05, the application of the Pleasanton City Employees Association, <br />for design review approval for a redwood arbor. <br /> <br />The roll call v(~te was its follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 7d <br />Adontion of Regulations Governina Basic Cable Television Rates (SR94:49) <br /> <br /> Mr. Bocian presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> In response to Council's concerns, Mr. Boojan explained that the City is bound by certain <br />FCC requirements. He stated the City usually receives three types of complaints; quality and <br />level of programming, installation procedures and billing. The City only receives about one <br />complaint per month. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver was concerned with the service level being appropriate. He was not sure <br />that there has been public review and testimony. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing open on the application. <br /> <br /> There being no testimony, Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br />02/15/94 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
