Mr. Pico requested the February 1, 1994 City Council meeting minutes be amended to reflect that he asked the City Attorney if he had a conflict of interest regarding Item 9b, Home ~.. Depot modification, because his adult daughter is employed by this company. The City Attorney answered no. 4, CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: a. Approve the City Council Minutes for 2/1/94, as amended. b. Commend Barbara Grassmyer for qualifying as a representative to the Wo~d Dressage Championships for Disabled Riders. c. (1) Approve the Water Conservation Report for January 1994; 0R94:08) (2) This report was continuld to the March 1, 1994 City Council meeting. d. Accept the landscape improvements for Hacienda/I-580 and Santa Rita Road/I-580 Interchanges, NPID-3 9101, authorize the filing of the Notice of Completion, the final payment in the amount of $3,436.87 and the release of the two and one half percent (2.5%) retention in the amount of $18,453.69, thirty (30) days after the filing of the Notice of Completion, to Dutra Construction Company, Inc. of Rio Vista. (SR94:45) e. Approve the final map, improvement plans, and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 6291, Sycamore Place, The DeSilva Group. (SR94:61) f. Accept the public improvements for Main Street Reconstruction, Project No. 905006, authorize the filing of the Notice of Completion, the final payment in the amount of $139,308.98 and release securities in escrow in the amount of $200,000, thirty (30) days after the filing of the Notice of Completion, to Redgwick Construction Company.
