In response to Mr. Pico's question, Ms. Ezidro reported that there has been one applicant <br />for the South Livermore Area Land Trust Steering Committee. Mr. Pico requested that the <br />application period be extended for one week and that staff readvertise for the vacancy. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico was concerned with the public hearing notice process. He requested that staff <br />respond to the concerns that have been raised in the newspapers and comments from previous <br />speakers. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver suggested that staff meet with the Post Office regarding the mailing of the <br />notices. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta agreed to do so. She explained that staff has improved the process and she <br />was quite satisfied with the internal process.
