permitted subject to a design which includes a deceleration <br />lane adjacent to the proposed vehicular accesses. The <br />deceleration lane and two vehicular accesses on Stanley <br />Boulevard shall be constructed in conjunction with the <br />discretionary project approval on the adjacent parcel and <br />shall be constructed entirely at developer's expense. The <br />configuration and location of the deceleration lane and <br />vehicular accesses must be approved as to location by the <br />Director of Public Works. <br /> <br /> (2) Utility Undergrounding. There is an existing <br />line of P G & E power poles on the southerly side of Stanley <br />Boulevard which border on the Auf der Maur Parcel. This line <br />of power poles is being moved by the Valley Avenue Extension <br />project but is not being undergrounded. The Owners <br />understand and consent that, in conjunction with any <br />discretionary project approval on the Auf der Maur Parcel, <br />the City will require undergrounding of the P G & E power <br />line along the entire frontage of the Auf der Maur Parcel. <br /> <br /> (3) Washington Street Abandonment. <br /> <br /> (a) The City will process a street vacation <br /> for Washington Street easterly of the northerly terminus <br /> of Wyoming Street. <br /> <br /> (b) The City will retain existing public <br /> utility easements in the segment of Washington Street to <br /> be vacated. <br /> <br /> - 6 - <br /> <br /> <br />
