Accept the public improvements for annual sanitary sewer replacement, Project <br /> No. 932002, and new storm drain, Project No. 945033; authorize the City Clerk <br /> to file a Notice of Completion for the subject projects; authorize the transfer of <br /> $5,548.22 of sewer funds from the Annual Sewer Main Replacement, Project No. <br /> 952002; authorize final payment to Trutner Corporation of Sunol, in the mount <br /> of $5,904.81; and authorize payment of the retention in the amount of $15,509.81 <br /> to Tmtner Corporation of Sunol, thirty days after recording the Notice of <br /> Completion.
