It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to approve the final map and
improvements plans, authorize execution of the Subdivision Agreements by the City Manager;
and accept all parcels of land and easements as offered for dedication.
The roll call vote was as follows:
AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, and Mohr
NOES: Councilmember Pico and Mayor Tarver
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None

~, MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL

Mayor Tarver received a letter from someone living on Stoneridge Drive regarding a
condition that there be a berm which has not been built. He wants to institute a program to have
someone check all the conditions on all the projects to see if they have been met. Is there a
mechanism to be sure all conditions are followed?

Jack Hovingh indicated he will be retiring from the Planning Commission in five months.
The process of reviewing the General Plan will not be finished while he is still on the
Commission, so he recommends that the Council appoint someone to sit in on Planning
Commission meetings during the remaining months to be sure that person attends the meetings
and is up to date on what the Planning Commission has been hearing. He also recommended
that his replacement not come from a member of the Steering Committee, but be a citizen who
will look without bias and with no vested interest of authorship.

9, CLOSED SESSION

Council adjourned to a closed session at 10:50 p.m. to confer with Deborah Acosta, City
Manager, regarding Employee Relations: Pleasanton City Employees Association (PCEA), Police
Officers Association (POA), Intexnational Association of Fire Fighters GAFF), and
Management/Confidential Employees.

10, AD/OURNMENT OF SPECIAL MEETING

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:30 p.m., to meet again
in a regular session on December 5, 1995 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers.

Respectfully submitted,

PEGG~t,/L6/E~!SRO, g21TY CLERK

12/04/95 -20-
