MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> October 3, 1995 <br /> <br /> 1, CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Ben Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet announced that on October 10, 1995 in the City Council Chambers at 7:00 <br /> p.m., the City is hosting one of four Tri-Valley workshops on the Subregional Planning Process. <br /> The workshop will be looking for input on the product that has been developed and how it can <br /> be made better. <br /> <br /> 2, ROLL CALL <br /> <br />, City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />~ _. Councilmembers present were Sharrell Michelotti, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pico, Jr. and Mayor <br /> Ben Tarver. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Steven Bocian, <br /> Assistant City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning <br /> and Community Development; and Randall A. Lum, Director of Public Works. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Becky Dennis was absent and excused. <br /> <br /> 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta stated that Item 4q, the Parcel Map Agreements with Brian McGuire, has <br /> been continued to the 10/17/95 agenda. <br /> <br /> 4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that the following actions <br /> be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />__ a.
