4, CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: a. Approved the City Council Minutes for 8/15/95 and 8/22/95. b. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids and awarded the contract for Santa Rita and Hopyard Roads resurfacing to O.C. Jones & Sons for a low bid of $635,827.50; authorized the Contract Change Order No. 1 to eliminate the portion of work on Santa Rita Road from West Las Positas Boulevard to Old Santa Rita Road reducing the construction contract amount by approximately $81,500; and authorized the City Manager to enter into the construction contract. (SR95:315) c. Approved the response to the 1994-95 Alameda County Grand Jury final report. (SR95:304) d. Approved plans and specifications, rejected the bids received at 5/25/95 and 8/3/95 bid openings; reviewed bids received 8/25/95 and awarded the contract for the Alviso Adobe Restoration to Eagle Restorations and Builders, Inc. for a bid of $102,975.54; and authorized the City Manager to enter into the contract for this project. Adopted Resolution No. 95-104, prohibiting vehicles over 20 feet in length from parking on Franklin Drive between Johnson Drive and 800 feet west of Johnson Drive and directed staff to further review and pursue development of an ordinance for Council consideration which prohibits City-wide parking of unattended trailers. (SR95: 307) f. Adopted Resolution No. 95-105, amending the Master Fee Schedule to remove the Fish and Game fees. (SR95:300) g. Adopted Resolution No. 95-106, ordering judicial foreclosure of delinquent assessments. (SR95:302) h. Adopted Ordinance No. 1661, approving the application of Michael and Linda Kliment to rezone 1. 153 acre parcel located at 5142 Foothill Road, as filed under case RZ-95-03. i.
