(SR95:244) <br /> <br /> Randall Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked if PG&E would be used for the construction for the undergrounding? <br />Her recollection was that Boulevard Development wanted to do that. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum stated he did not know at this time, but that staff will pursue that as a <br />possibility, because it would be less expensive. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver opened the public hearing. <br /> <br /> There being no comments, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that Resolution 95-95, be <br />adopted, ordering the formation of Underground Utility District No. 95-01. <br /> <br />08/15/95 -6- <br /> <br /> <br />
