(SR95:243) <br /> <br /> Mr. Iserson presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked that if the appeal were denied, was it only the second kitchen that would <br />not be built? She also asked if the plumbing and electrical facilities would already be in the <br />walls so the homeowner could come back for a permit later. <br /> <br /> Mr. Iserson indicated the option was for a kitchen area and separate outside entrance. <br />If the option was not selected initially, the plumbing and wiring would not be installed because <br />of the expense. <br /> <br /> Ms. Miehelotti clarified that this option was for additional living space versus a separate <br />secondary unit, and sought confirmation that the space was within the FAR guidelines. <br /> <br /> Mr. Iserson indicated both statements were correct. <br /> <br />08/15/95 -4- <br /> <br /> <br />
