(SR95: 161) <br /> <br />The r011 call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver commended Rick Aguiar for coordinating a group of citizens to facilitate <br />additional affordable housing within the City of Pleasanton. He was responsible for identifying <br />the needs and opportunities of affordable housing projects in the City until his untimely death <br />in February, 1995. The Council expressed its gratitude for his insights, determination and <br />conscientious attitude towards promoting affordable housing which will benefit a wide range of <br />Pleasanton residents.
