Approve Final Map, Improvement Plans, and Subdivision Agreement for Tract <br /> 6596, Walnut Glen; authorize the City Manager to execute the Subdivision <br /> Agreement for this development; accept all parcels of land and easements offered <br /> for dedication on the final map; accept the Grant of Easement for Emergency <br /> Vehicle Access (EVA) from Consalves; and accept the Grant of Easement for <br /> Public Utilities (PSE) on Trenery Drive from Hirst/Tong. Adopt Resolution No. 95-48, approving the Pleasanton Downtown Advisory <br /> Board's report and budget; and adopting the Resolution of Intention to levy the <br /> annual assessment and set the public hearing date for June 6, 1995. Approve Project budget for new Land Management System and approve the <br /> contract with KIVA for a permitting system; approve the computer software <br /> purchases and services; authorize the expenditure of $247,920 to cover the cost <br /> of all computer software, hardware, training, and equipment needed to implement <br /> this project; and authorize the following Capital Improvement Program (CIP) <br /> transfers to the New Permit Issuance project (CIP 948050) as included in the <br /> 1994/95 CIP: (1) Miscellaneous Fund Balance (Expansion) $58,920, (2) <br /> Integrated Land Management System Study (CIP 938035) $25,000, and GIS <br /> System Improvements (CIP 938034) $15,000 for a total transfer of $98,920. <br /> (S R95: 164) <br /> <br /> i.
