4. CONSENT CALENDAR Mr. Pico asked that Item 4e be removed from the Consent Calendar. Mayor Tarver placed it on the agenda as Item 6n. Ms. Acosta asked that Item 6n be moved to the beginning of the meeting. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: a. Approve the City Council Minutes for April 4, 1995. b. Proclaim April 27, 1995 as "Take Your Child to Work Day." c. Approve the Final Map, Improvement Plans, and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 6743 -- Ruby Hill, Ruby Hill Development Joint Venture, authorize execution of the Subdivision Agreements by the City Manager; and accept all parcels of land and easements as offered for dedication. (SR 95: 123) d. Approve the Final Map, Improvement Plans, and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 6744 -- Ruby Hill, Ruby Hill Development Joint Venture, authorize execution of the Subdivision Agreements by the City Manager; and accept all parcels of land and easements as offered for dedication. (SR 95:122) e. Adopt Resolution No. 95-41, approving investment policies and Guidelines of the City of Pleasanton. f. Adopt Ordinance No. 1654, an Ordinance amending Chapter 13.08 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code by amending 13.08.020 and adding Section 13.08.145 concerning City-owned and operated skateboard parks. g. Adopt Resolution No. 95-42, designating the Police Chief as the City's Representative to Review Retail License Applications Submitted to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
