A substitute motion was made by Mr. Pico, seconded by Mr. Tarver, to adopt the <br />sentence in the staff report except striking the word "disallowed", to read as follows: <br />"Because the UGB is considered to be permanent, future adjustments to the UGB line <br />location are discouraged; provided, however, minor adjustments may be granted that meet <br />aH of the following criteria: (1) are otherwise consistent with the goals and policies of the <br />General Plan; (2) would not have a significant adverse impact on agriculture, wildland <br />areas, or scenic ridgeline views: (3) are contiguous with existing urban development or with <br />property for which aH discretionary approvals for urban development have been granted; <br />(4) would not induce further adjustments to the boundary; and (5) demonstrate that the full <br />range of urban public facilities and services will be adequately provided in an efficient and <br />timely manner." <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmembers - Dennis and Michelotti <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />1996 General Plan Update <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pieo, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to adopt Resolution No. 96-88, <br />adopting the 1996 General Plan with the changes that have been adopted at this meeting. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item (xl <br />On-going discussion regarding San Francisco ProOerty and Cooperative Plannin_a _orocess <br />for the San Francisco Water Department - Bernal Avenue Site. <br /> <br /> This item was continued to August 7, 1996. <br /> <br />7.
