Ms. Dennis then referred to the paragraph regarding Mobility Alternatives under Air <br /> Quality and suggested it read "Encourage and offer incentive programs for non-motorized (i.e. <br /> pedestrian and bicycle) and non-polluting mobility alternatives." <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico disagreed with the changes to the Economic and Fiscal Element as proposed <br /> by Ms. Michelotti. He felt impacts on neighborhoods should be considered along with other <br /> issues and that "compatible with the priorities within Pleasanton" should not be deleted. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti felt the phrase was ambiguous. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis felt there were priorities like Pleasanton being family-oriented and <br /> encouraging diversity. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver suggested voting on the other issues suggested by Ms. Michelotti and then <br /> discussing Policy 2, Page Xl-7. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Mohr, to approve the changes <br /> recommended by Ms. Michelotti, as amended at this meeting, excluding Policy 2, Page XI- <br /> 7. <br /> The roll Call vote was as follows: <br />__ AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Mohr, to approve Policy 2, Page <br /> X1-7 as suggested by Ms. Michelotti. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr felt it was clear as written by Ms. Michelotti.
