4, CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: a. Approve the City Council Minutes for 3/19/96. b. Commend for Tri-Valley Sports Hall of Fame Honorees (MaR Sweeney, Tom Ha/lsen and Greg Kragen). c. Proclaim 5/1/96 as "Loyalty Day" in Pleasanton. d. Proclaim the week of April 7 - 13, 1996, National Telecommunicators Week in Pleasanton. e. Proclaim 5/16/96 as "Bike-to-Work Day" in Pleasanton. f. Proclaim April 14 - 21, 1996, as "National Days of Remembranc~ of the Victims of the Holocaust'. __ g. Approve Monthly Disbursements and Investments Report for February 1996; and approve claims in the amount of $12,028,657.74. (SR96:91) h. Approve plans and specifications for the East Amador Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation, review bids and award the contract to McNamara & Smallman Construction Inc. of San Francisco, CA for a low bid of $1,141,170; and authorize the City Manager to enter into the above contract. Review bids and award the contract for the Pleasanton Tennis and Community Park, Phase 1II, Project 947041, to Gateway Landscape Construction, Inc. for a low bid of $2,160,074; and authorize the City Manager to enter into the contract for this project. Review bids and award the contract for the construction of additions to the Pleasanton Aquatic Center, Phase I, Project 947038, to Midstate Construction for a low bid of $3,221,700.00; authorize the appropriation of an additional $600,000 from the Parks CIP Fund to this project; authorize the transfer of $80,000 from the Parks CIP Fund to the General Fund to pay for Contract Services; and authorize the City Manager to enter into the contract for this project.
