It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Mohr, that the following actions be taken <br />on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for 12/05/95 and 12/11/95. <br /> <br /> b. Approve the Monthly Disbursements and Investments Report for December 1995 <br /> and approved claims in the amount of $7,207,239.89. (SR 96:30) <br /> <br /> c. Proclaim DES (diethylstilbestrol) Awareness Day 2/28/96. <br /> <br /> d. Approve agreements with Pleasanton Unified School District and American Red <br /> Cross concerning Red Cross shelters on school sites. (SR 95:377) <br /> <br /> e. Accept public improvements consisting of coating, lining and installation of <br /> cathodic protection for Tank 770-1, Project 941009; authorize the City Clerk to <br /> ~e a Notice of Completion for the project; authorize final payment to Jeffco <br /> Painting & Coating, Inc. in the amount of $234.00; and authorize payment of the <br /> retention in the amount of $8,960.43 to Jeffco Painting & Coating, Inc. thirty <br /> days after filing the Notice of Completion. Adopt Ordinance No. 16715, An Ordinance amending Sections 2.34.020 and <br /> 2.34.040 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code concerning the Pleasanton Library <br /> Commission. <br /> <br /> j. Adopt Resolution No. 9(>- 14, appointing Christine Steiner to the Alameda County <br /> Community Housing Authority. (SR 96:29) <br /> <br /> k. Adopt Resolution No. 96-115, recommending appointment of Ben Tarvex to the <br /> Board of Directors of the Citizens Housing Corporation. (SR 96:315) <br /> <br /> 1. Accept the report regarding the status of agreements with Pleasanton Downtown <br /> Association for 1) the expansion of the Association's focus to become a full <br /> California Main Street Model Program; and 2) the expansion of the <br /> marketing/promotion effort to continue the revitaliza~on of downtown.
