Howard Neely congratulated the Public Works Department for its work fixing the road and putting in a new water system. He complimented the Fire and Police Departments for the fine job they did in 1995. He hoped that in the future Pleasanton will be able to aeeommodato trauma eases at local hospitals instead of having trauma eases taken to Castro Valley hospitals. 01/02/96 -3-
