Mr. Pico objected to this project and encouraged people in the community to assist those <br />residents who are proceeding with a referendum. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti said she had answered questions from a resident regarding this project and <br />was available for anyone else to call her on this topic. She believed the project was in <br />compliance with the General Plan and was a very nice looking development. She also expressed <br />appreciation for the donation from Ponderosa Homes of 5.5 acres for expansion of the City's <br />Operation Service Center. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to adopt Ordinance No. <br />1731, approving the application of Ponderosa Homes for PUD-96-10. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Ayala, Dennis, and Michelotti <br />NOES: Councilmember Pico <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />5.
