He does not <br />what the final outcome will be but is looking forward to further review. <br /> <br /> There was a break at 8:34 p.m. <br /> <br /> The meeting reconvened at 8:44 p.m. <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />Amendment to the Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center Development Aareement <br />Further review of an application for an amendment to the Development Agreement which <br />would: (1) extend the term of the Agreement for five years; (2) allow an additional <br />development of 202,000 square feet of leasable floor area; (3) establish revised minimum <br />parking ratios; and (4) establish owners' obligations for further traffic mitigation <br />improvements <br /> <br />Also consider an Amendment to the Sewer Agreement with Stoneridge Regional Shopping <br />Center. <br /> <br />Also consider the adoption of a Negative Declaration. Reimbursement Agreement and <br />Development Deferment Agreement <br />Application for an amendment to the Development Agreement to extend the term for five <br />years; for an amendment to the Reimbursement Agreement to clarify the method and <br />manner of construction and/or payment for certain public improvements required as <br />mitigation measures; and for an amendment to the Development Defe~;ment Agreement to <br />conform its term to the new term of the Development Agreement. (SR 97:351) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico was concerned about granting an extension to Wells Fargo when it has been <br />reluctant to cooperate with the City.
