The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers- Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Mayor Tarver commended the Library Commission for all its work and stressed that the goal of the Council as well as the Commission is to have the best library we can. He does not what the final outcome will be but is looking forward to further review. There was a break at 8:34 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 8:44 p.m. Item 6b Amendment to the Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center Development Aareement Further review of an application for an amendment to the Development Agreement which would: (1) extend the term of the Agreement for five years; (2) allow an additional development of 202,000 square feet of leasable floor area; (3) establish revised minimum parking ratios; and (4) establish owners' obligations for further traffic mitigation improvements Also consider an Amendment to the Sewer Agreement with Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center. Reimbursement Agreement and Development Deferment Agreement Application for an amendment to the Development Agreement to extend the term for five years; for an amendment to the Reimbursement Agreement to clarify the method and manner of construction and/or payment for certain public improvements required as mitigation measures; and for an amendment to the Development Defe~;ment Agreement to conform its term to the new term of the Development Agreement. (SR 97:351) Brian Swift presented the staff report. Mr. Pico was concerned about granting an extension to Wells Fargo when it has been reluctant to cooperate with the City.
