It was moved by Ms. Ayala, and seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to continue Item 7a to May 20, 1997. Mayor Tarver did not support the motion. He felt Council had made the right decision at its last meeting and that a supplemental EIR should be circulated for comment. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti NOES: Councilmember Pieo and Mayor Tarvet ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Ms. Ayala clarified Item 7a was being continued to provide an opportunity to gather additional information for Council; it was not a reconsideration of the prior action. Item 7b, Discussion of Potential Annexation of the Remen Tract and Policy Regarding Sewer Connections, was also continued to May 20, 1997. 4. Proclaim May 4-10, 1997 "National Days of Remembrance" f. Proclaim May as "Older American Month" g. Approve monthly disbursements in the amount of $4,908,411.50, investments, and COPS AB3229 expenditures report for March 1997. (SR97: 139) h.
