Approve the City Council Minutes for March 18 and April 1, 1997, as amended. <br /> <br /> b. Adopt Resolution No. 97-31 approving investment policies and guidelines of the <br /> City of Pleasanton. (SR97:116) <br /> <br /> c. Adopt Resolution No. 97-32 authorizing the City Manager to execute a <br /> cooperative agreement between the City and the County of Alameda to participate <br /> in the Alameda County Home Consortium for a period of three years (Fiscal <br /> Years 1997, 1998, and 1999) for the purposes of securing federal HOME funds. <br /> (SR97: 128) <br /> <br /> d.
