Thomas <br />Application for PUD development plan approval to create a buildable single-family <br />residential lot approximate~ 1.24 acres in size and for construction for one, approximately <br />5,000 sq.ft., one and two story home located at 8098 Bethel Lane. Zonin~ for the pro_nertv is <br />PUD (Planned Unit Developmeno LDR (Low-Density Residential) Foothill Road Overlay <br />District. <br /> <br />Also consider the negative declaration prepared for this proiect. (SR98: 287) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked, if the new owner of the lot decided to use the same house plan, would <br />it still go before the Planning Commission for design review. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said yes. Staff believes it is unlikely that that plan will be used. The house was <br />designed when Mr. Hempy owned the property and it is doubtful that someone would want to live <br />in a house designed for someone else. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala asked staff to talk about the grading. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush said the issue is how did Mr. Nelson' s lot get to look like it does today. There is <br />a disagreement between Mr. Thomas and Mr. Nelson about how the dirt from the creation of Bethel <br />Lane was placed on Mr. Nelson' s lot. It is Mr. Thomas's position that the dirt was put on the lot <br />with Mr. Nelson's permission. The disagreement is how it appears.
