Mr. Pico asked if there had been discussion related to how many units were being <br />proposed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said no. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked if the terms of the agreement could state water and sewer services would <br />be limited to one residence. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said staff could talk to the applicant. Such terms could be imposed, but the <br />applicant may come back in the future and ask that the terms of the agreement be changed. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver indicated there were no speaker cards. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fuller, 4120 Foothill Road, said he would like to annex into the City in order to <br />receive sewer service, rather than remain on a septic tank. He would like to also enlarge the <br />water lines in order to have better fire protection. He said there are 25 acres below the 670 line <br />and maybe at a later date he would build houses for his children. He indicated he was not <br />planning on subdividing. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Tarver, and seconded by Ms. Ayala, to direct staff to <br />initiate annexation proceedings and authorize the City Manager to execute the annexation <br />documents and, if necessary due to timing, file an application with LAFCO for~extension <br />of City services prior to annexation. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ; <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6d <br />PUD-96-14, Merritt/Scholes (DeSilva/Gates) <br />Application for Planned Unit Development prezoning and development plan approval for <br />91 single-family homes (including three existing homes) on 46.4 acres located a14131 and <br />4141 Foothill Road.
