PUBHC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS Item 4a PUD-85-10-6M, City of Pleasanton (for Hopyard Village Shopping Center) Application for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) for Hopyard Village Shopping Center, located at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue, to consider northeast corner of Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue, to consider amendments to the conditions of approval regarding uses. hours of parking lot gate closure, parking lot lighting. landscaping, and lattice fence extensions for the 52 space eastern parking lot and buildings located at 5725 and 5737 Valley Avenue. The proposed amendments would implement the settlement agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the property owner (Goble Properties). Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) C-C (Central Commercial) District. (SR98: 159) Mr. Swift presented the staff report. Mayor Tarver indicated he had a letter from the law offices that represent Goble Properties stating the property owner was in agreement with the changes. Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open. William Stephens, 2793 Longspur Way, said the property owners supported the staff's recommendation and asked that the changes be adopted as proposed. There being no further speakers, the public hearing was closed. It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Ordinance No. 1752 be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton for a modification to an approved planned unit development as filed under Case PUD-85-10-6M. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Tarver.
