There will be time for the <br />community to comment. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Ordinance No. 1753 <br />be introduced and adopted on an urgency basis, to be read by title only and waiving further <br />reading thereof, establishing a moratorium on processing or approving permit applications <br />for fortune-telling and related uses. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Pico <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />5.
