b. Public Hearing for annum assessments for Geologic Hazard Abatement District <br /> (GHAD) for MoHer Ranch, Tract 6618. (SR98: 153) <br /> <br /> Chairperson Ben Tarver called the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District for Moller Ranch to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> <br /> Randall Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Chairperson Tarver declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> There being no speakers, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Boardmember Pico, and seconded by Boardmember Dennis, to <br />adopt Resolution No. 98-81, confirming the assessments within the Moller Ranch Geologic <br />Hazard Abatement District, Tract 6618, and ordering levy and collection thereof. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Boardmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Chair Tarver. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Ben Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She congratulated all the <br />high school graduates from Foothill, Amador, and Village High Schools and wished them well <br />in their endeavors. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk Rhonda Basore called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, Thomas P. Pico, <br />Jr. and Mayor Ben Tarver. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Randall A.
