Mayor Tarver agreed and would try and get to staff before the agenda is published. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said the speed in which the process moves makes it hard sometimes for the <br />Mayor to contact staff with changes. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti was concerned with items not being heard that have been posted. <br /> Mayor Tarver said he tries to hear the items with the most speakers cards first. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said the Equus Heights matter was one of the first items on the agenda <br />tonight. It was unforeseeable that the other items would take so long. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala mentioned having another workshop with the Affordable Housing <br />Commission. She also asked when the deadline was for putting the measure on the November <br />ballot regarding the City Treasurer position. She mentioned that she has had phone calls <br />regarding home offices and employees working out of their homes and would like to have this <br />ordinance looked at. <br /> <br />8.
