Diablo National Bank Application for a rezoning from the C-S (Service Commercial) District to the C-C (Central Commercial} District and for design review approval of a proposed two-story building for which the proposed uses are offices and a bank. The building is proposed to be approximately 38 feet in height and approximately 13,400 sq.ft. in size. The _nrouertv is located at 992 Main Street, between Vervais Street and Stanley Boulevard. Zoning for the property is C-S (Commercial-Service) DiStrict. (SR98: 104) Also consider adoption of a Negative Declaration for this proiect. Brian Swift presented the staff report. Ms. Dennis asked if the window design would be changed to an arch design. Don Hoffman said what is seen in the rendering is the design and includes the arch. Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open. There were five speakers cards but the speakers waived their opportunity to speak. There being no speakers the public hearing was closed. It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution No. 98-51, approving a Negative Declaration for the application of Mr. Diablo National Bank for rezoning, as filed under Case RZ-98-01.
