CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver commented that he would like to discuss in the future the possibility of <br />changing the pre-annexation agreements to include sharing in the infrastructure costs after <br />annexation. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that the following actions <br />be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for March 5 and March 17, 1998. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim April 19-26, 1998 as "National Days of Remembrance" in the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> c. Approve monthly disbursements in the amount of $5,246,607.21; approve the <br /> investment report; and approve the COPS AB3229 expenditures report for <br /> February 1998. Adopt Resolution No. 98-24, authorizing the City Manager to act as the <br /> authorized agent for the City of Pleasanton in applying for federal disaster relief <br /> for the recent stonns and for any future disaster relief applications. (SR98:83) <br /> <br /> e. Adopt Resolution No. 98-25, approving investment policies and guidelines of the <br /> City of Pleasanton. (SR98:65) <br /> <br /> f. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the <br /> City Attorney, with Compulink Management Center, Inc., for a cost of $38,875 <br /> for the purchase of a document imaging software, system maintenance services <br /> and consultant/system implementation services and approve an expenditure <br /> estimated at $16,000 for the purchase of the computer equipment needed to <br /> support the document imaging software. Approve the plans and specifications for Owens Drive Improvements (Phase I), <br /> Project No. 975038; review the bids received and award the construction contract <br /> to McGuire and Hester of Oakland for a low bid of $183,752; authorize the City <br /> Manager to enter into the above contract; and approve the appropriation of an <br /> additional $60,600 in NPID No. 1 funds to the subject project budget.
