(SR98:01) Brian Swift presented the staff report. Vice Mayor Dennis declared the public hearing open. Shirley Lauer, 2221 Martin Avenue, said she was in agreement with all the conditions and asked Council to approve the application. Albert Wiemken, PO Box 969, wanted to correct his comments on page four of the staff report. He asked how Exhibit C fits into the guidelines. He also wanted to be certain there was no on-street parking and that the plan included adequate on-site parking. Mr. Swift said Exhibit C is the design guidelines for each house that gets built. It is incorporated by reference by Condition 3 of Exhibit B. Mr. Wiernken clarified that when the Ordinance is approved, Exhibit C as written applies as Exhibit B. Mr. Swift said yes. Mr. Wiemken felt an additional condition should be added that required the individual properties facing Trenery Drive to keep the gutters clean. He agreed with the project.
