(SR98:01) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Dennis declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Shirley Lauer, 2221 Martin Avenue, said she was in agreement with all the conditions <br />and asked Council to approve the application. <br /> <br /> Albert Wiemken, PO Box 969, wanted to correct his comments on page four of the staff <br />report. He asked how Exhibit C fits into the guidelines. He also wanted to be certain there was <br />no on-street parking and that the plan included adequate on-site parking. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said Exhibit C is the design guidelines for each house that gets built. It is <br />incorporated by reference by Condition 3 of Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> Mr. Wiernken clarified that when the Ordinance is approved, Exhibit C as written applies <br />as Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said yes. <br /> <br /> Mr. Wiemken felt an additional condition should be added that required the individual <br />properties facing Trenery Drive to keep the gutters clean.
