City of <br /> Pleasanton). <br /> <br /> Conferred with legal counsel regarding pending claim of Charles Hunt. <br /> <br />1, CALL TO ORDER <br /> Vice Mayor Dennis called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Ms. Michelotti led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti paid tribute to Dagmar Fulton, who is known as the grand lady of <br />Pleasanton. She mentioned there is a service for her from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. tonight at the <br />Graham Hitch Mortuary. She remembered the impact Ms. Fulton had on Pleasanton and that <br />without her family Pleasanton might not have been founded. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Becky Dennis, and Sharrell Michelotti. Staff <br />members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; <br />Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Randall A.
