Ms. Acosta felt it would be better to have the staff presentation after Council had a <br />chance to look over the report. She indicated that if Council had any questions, to please notify <br />staff as soon as possible, because this is a very complex matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked if the traffic report had gone to the West Las Positas Interchange <br />Committee. <br /> <br /> Mr. van Gelder indicated the report had not been sent to the Committee but would be <br />sent this week. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that the following actions <br />be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for July 7, 1998, as amended. <br /> <br /> b. Approve the monthly disbursements for June in the amount of $6,169,465.10; <br /> approve the investment report; and the COPS AB3229 expenditures reports for <br /> June 1998. Approve the plans and specifications for Foothill Wate~ine, North of Castlewood <br /> Drive, Project No. 949008; review bids and award the contract to Tidelands <br /> Construction of Brentwood for a low bid of $262,000.00; and authorize the City <br /> Manager to enter into the above contract.
