<br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE_.. EXECUTE GRANT OF EASEMENT: SET TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

<br /> WHEREAS, A1 ameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation
<br /> District is the fee simple owner of the hereinafter described real
<br /> property, which said property is a portion of Line G-1-1, Zone 7 project of
<br /> said District and the District facil ltles therein consist of an earth-
<br /> 1 ined, open channel; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has completed the extension of
<br /> the concrete box that is located in the channel and the necessary street
<br /> improvements to widen Stoneridge Drive, including the installation of
<br /> utilities immediately adjacent thereto; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has requested the conveyance of a
<br /> non-exclusive underground pub1 ic utility easement, herelnafter referred to
<br /> as "Publ lc Service Easement," adjacent to the aforesaid widened Stoneridge
<br /> Drive in, under and across that certain real property of Alameda County
<br /> Flood Control and Water Conservation District heretnabove referred to and
<br /> more particularly designated and described as;

<br /> All that certain real property situated in the
<br /> City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of
<br /> Ca1 ifornl a, described as fol lows:

<br /> An easement for pub11c services and appurtenances
<br /> thereto, over, under, along and across that certain
<br /> parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

<br /> COMMENCING at the point of intersection of the
<br /> eastern line of that certain parcel of land described
