CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-67 <br /> <br /> APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 1987 <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,752,437.20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of February 16, 1988, a <br /> check register summary and Financial Report were <br /> presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br /> for the month of December, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the payroll and demand checks contained therein were for <br /> approved functions of the City of Pleasanton which are <br /> necessary and proper expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims for the month of December, 1987, in the total <br /> sum of $5,752,437.20 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated December 31, 1987 has been <br /> reviewed and is hereby approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 16, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None H/.~ME~R <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br /> KENNET <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO F~ORM: <br /> <br />Pe~'~'~"'b~.
