CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-63 <br /> <br /> APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVES ON THE ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Alameda County Solid Waste Management Authority was <br /> dissolved and a new Joint Power Agency (JPA) was formed <br /> creating the Alameda County Waste Management Authority; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Pleasanton to appoint a <br /> member and alternate member to the Board of the Alameda <br /> County Waste Management Authority. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOL- <br /> VES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer shall be the Pleasanton <br /> representative on the Board of the Alameda County <br /> Waste Management Authority, and Councilmember Karin <br /> Mohr shall be the alternate member. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 2, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE; <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSTAINED:None <br /> ATTEST: K YOR <br /> <br />/~/~'a~es R.
