The City, Centaur, and Shapell shall work together during the <br />design of Bernal Avenue and E. Angela Street and Centaur and Shapell shall submit <br />their requests for street widenings or other modifications in a timely manner so as not <br />to delay the design process. Upon recordation of the first final map allowing for <br />development of the Subject Property in accordance with the plans to be processed <br />by Centaur and Shapell, the developer of the Subject Property shall reimburse City <br />for any and all increased constructions costs resulting from the street widenings or <br />other modifications. <br /> <br />5.
