CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-60 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION INITIATING PREZONING OF PROPERTY BEING <br /> ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON UNDER ANNEXATION <br /> NUMBER 120 (HARRIS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has directed <br /> the City staff to prepare a formal resolution requesting <br /> annexation and an annexation application to LAFCO as <br /> filed under Annexation No. 120; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is desirable to prezone properties coming into the <br /> City limits to a zoning district consistent with the <br /> General Plan so that said properties will not <br /> automatically be put into an "S" (Study) District when <br /> they are annexed; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That prezoning to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br /> Medium Density Residential which is consistent with the <br /> General Plan of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br /> initiated for the following property: <br /> <br /> Approximately 6.67 acres located on the north side of <br /> Vineyard Avenue at its intersection with E1 Capitan <br /> Drive. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 2, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~;~/~jy__ <br /> ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br />~mes . ~al~%y Clerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> ~e~'D. ~acDoh~id,'~i't9 A~t~ney <br /> <br /> <br />
