CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-55 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF TED MAVRIDIS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL <br /> TO CONSTRUCT A 19 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH AN <br /> APPROXIMATELY 1,150 SQ. FT. RETAIL COMMERCIAL SPACE TO <br /> BE LOCATED AT 4319 RAILROAD STREET (Z-87-564) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 2, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Ted Mavridis for Design Review approval <br /> to construct a 19 unit apartment complex with an <br /> approximately 1,150 sq. ft. retail commercial space to <br /> be located at 4319 Railroad Street (Z-87-564); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated December 18, 1987 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the <br /> environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Ted Mavridis for Design Review approval to construct <br /> a 19 unit apartment complex with an approximately 1,150 <br /> sq. ft. retail commercial space to be located at 4319 <br /> Railroad Street (Z-87-564). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
