CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-55 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF TED MAVRIDIS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A 19 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH AN APPROXIMATELY 1,150 SQ. FT. RETAIL COMMERCIAL SPACE TO BE LOCATED AT 4319 RAILROAD STREET (Z-87-564) WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 2, 1988, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Ted Mavridis for Design Review approval to construct a 19 unit apartment complex with an approximately 1,150 sq. ft. retail commercial space to be located at 4319 Railroad Street (Z-87-564); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 18, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Ted Mavridis for Design Review approval to construct a 19 unit apartment complex with an approximately 1,150 sq. ft. retail commercial space to be located at 4319 Railroad Street (Z-87-564). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
