CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-29 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPEAL OF THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION DECISION WHICH DENIED THE APPLICATION OF <br /> AMADOR VALLEY SAVINGS/CHRIS BERATLIS TO SUBDIVIDE AN <br /> APPROXIMATELY 22.3 ACRE SITE INTO 63 RESIDENTIAL LOTS <br /> LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CRELLIN ROAD AT THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF ZINFANDEL COURT AND MALAGA COURT <br /> (AP-87-22) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Amador Valley Savings and Loan and Chris Beratlis <br /> applied to the Planning Commission for approval to <br /> subdivide an approximately 30 acre site into 64 <br /> residential lots (Tract 5835) located on the north side <br /> of Crellin Road at the intersection of Zinfandel Court <br /> and Malaga Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 24, 198V, the Planning <br /> Commission denied the application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, the applicant submitted an appeal to the City <br /> Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 19, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development together with a revised plan for <br /> the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public was held at which time the <br /> applicant and any other member of the public was offered <br /> an opportunity to present evidence regarding this <br /> appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this subdivision is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the appeal of Amador Valley Savings and Loan <br /> and Chris Beratlis of a decision of the Planning <br /> Commission and therefore approves Tract 5835, the <br /> subdivision of an approximately 22.3 acre site into 63 <br /> residential lots located on the north side of Crellin <br /> Road at the intersection of Zinfandel Court and Malaga <br /> Court, subject to the conditions on Exhibit A, attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
