CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-29 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION WHICH DENIED THE APPLICATION OF AMADOR VALLEY SAVINGS/CHRIS BERATLIS TO SUBDIVIDE AN APPROXIMATELY 22.3 ACRE SITE INTO 63 RESIDENTIAL LOTS LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CRELLIN ROAD AT THE INTERSECTION OF ZINFANDEL COURT AND MALAGA COURT (AP-87-22) WHEREAS, Amador Valley Savings and Loan and Chris Beratlis applied to the Planning Commission for approval to subdivide an approximately 30 acre site into 64 residential lots (Tract 5835) located on the north side of Crellin Road at the intersection of Zinfandel Court and Malaga Court; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 24, 198V, the Planning Commission denied the application; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the applicant submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 19, 1988, the City Council received a report from the Director of Planning and Community Development together with a revised plan for the project; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public was held at which time the applicant and any other member of the public was offered an opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this subdivision is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the appeal of Amador Valley Savings and Loan and Chris Beratlis of a decision of the Planning Commission and therefore approves Tract 5835, the subdivision of an approximately 22.3 acre site into 63 residential lots located on the north side of Crellin Road at the intersection of Zinfandel Court and Malaga Court, subject to the conditions on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
