CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-28 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF AMADOR VALLEY SAVINGS AND LOAN AND CHRIS BERATLIS TO SUBDIVIDE AN APPROXIMATELY 30 ACRE SITE INTO 64 LOT8 LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CRELLIN ROAD AT THE INTERSECTION OF ZINFANDEL COURT AND MALAGA COURT (AP-87-22) WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 19, 1988, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Amador Valley Savings and Loan and Chris Beratlis to subdivide an approximately 30 acre site into 64 residential lots located on the north side of Crellin Road at the intersection of Zinfandel Court and Malaga Court; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 8, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed subdivision; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed subdivision would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Amador Valley Savings and Loan and Chris Beratlis to subdivide an approximately 30 acre site into 64 residential lots located on the north side of Crellin Road at the intersection of Zinfandel Court and Malaga Court.
