CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-25 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR 8ANITARY SEWER AT STANLEY <br /> BOULEVARD AND CALIFORNIA AVENUE FROM FRANK AUF DER MAUR, <br /> ET AL. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a deed from Frank Auf der Maur <br /> and Alma Auf der Maur, husband and wife, and Konrad <br /> Rickenbach and Elizabeth Rickenbach, husband and wife, <br /> to the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, for <br /> purposes of a sanitary sewer line at Stanley Boulevard <br /> and California Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 19, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities (SR 88:27) indicating that the acceptance of <br /> this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The Grant Deed from Frank Auf der Maur and Alma Auf <br /> der Maur, husband and wife, and Konrad Rickenbach and <br /> Elizabeth Rickenbach, husband and wife, to the City of <br /> Pleasanton for a sanitary sewer line at STanley <br /> Boulevard and California Avenue is hereby accepted and <br /> the appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 19, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None .E~~/R./~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KE MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />/James R.
