CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-24 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FROM J. F. SHEA CO., INC. FOR <br /> EASEMENT WIDENING IN TRACT 5680 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a deed from J. F. Shea Co., <br /> Inc. to the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, for purposes of widening an existing easement <br /> through Lots 12 and 16 of Tract 5680; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 19, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities (SR 88:26) indicating that the acceptance of <br /> this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Easement Deed from J. F. Shea Co., Inc. to the <br /> City of Pleasanton for widening an existing easement <br /> through Lots 12 and 16 of Tract 5680 is hereby accepted <br /> and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 19, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None NN~ETH~MA <br />ATTEST: <br /> K YOR <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />~et~r D. ~acDonal~ Cft~ ~t~h y <br /> <br /> <br />
